Returns

  1. Damaged Cheesecake: If you receive a damaged cheesecake, please contact the shipping carrier, FedEx, within 1 day of receiving your order. Be sure to take photographic evidence of the condition of the box and cheesecake.

  2. Quality Concerns: We take pride in the quality of our cheesecakes. If you believe there is a quality issue with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence or a detailed description of the issue to assess the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  1. Cancellation of Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. We will issue a full refund for canceled orders.

  2. Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our cheesecakes, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been consumed, partially consumed, or left at room temperature for an extended period.
